So he suggested me to cook Spaghetti because can keep at least 1 week if keep in refridge. Both of us just went to Fairprice and buy all the ingredients and start prepare and cook. We spent around S$20 to buy all the ingredients and can be how many times of our meals still don't know. So far already 6 plates of spaghetti ate by us and treat one of my colleauge as well but I confirm that I can save abit compare with alway order lunch or dinner outside.

Lunch @ Lao Beijing Restaurant, Plaza Singapura (15 July 2012)
Few months ago my husband change his credit card point with Lao Beijing S$30 Voucher and it going to expired end of this month so we just decide go there have our lunch just to use our voucher. We ordered Braised Sea Cucumber with Braised Duck (S$22), Steamed Fish Head with Chili (S$16) and 3 bowls of plain rice (S$1 each). This 2 dishes is our first time order at Lao Beijing Restaurant and we like its very much but for those no really like salty food then should not order Steamed Fish Head with Chili because this dish is abit salty but for my husband and me is like salty food so we like it. At first we only order 2 bowls of plain rice but because it very nice so my husband add more 1 bowl of rice. hihi!
Lao Beijing Restaurant actually popular with few types of dish especially their Traditional Roaster Peking Duck, Steamed Juicy Meat Buns, Steamed Minced Pigeon Soup and so on. To find out more about this restaurant, you can visit their website at http://www.laobeijing.com.sg/index.php

Lunch @ Barbacoa, City Square (01 July 2012)
My husband and me went to Mustafa (one of the shopping mall open 24 hours in Singapore but full with Indian people) bought something. After that is almost lunch time and we no feel want to eat Indian Food so we decide walk to City Square and look for something to eat for our lunch. That's our first time went to this shopping mall. When we walk in to the mall, there a lot of advestise which is promotion for meals and we start confuse don't know what to eat so end up i suggested to eat at Barbacoa because we never try at this restaurant before and the restaurant's decoration alsa abit special. That day this restaurant have set meal promotion so both of us just order set meals there are Spaghetti Cabonara and Grilled Pork Chop. Each set meal will come with Soup Of the Day (Mushroom Soup), drink and dessert (Ice-cream). Price is around S$10.90 per set plus 7% GST. No service charge so no need to worry need to pay more. I like the Spaghetti Cabonara because the creaming saurce is very nice, creamy and they no stingy to give more bacon too but for Grilled Pork Chop i feel it's no really nice but still ok to eat (why i said ok to eat? because i only pay for how much and alraedy can enjoy the set meal at restaurant) because its no juicy and for me it abit too dry maybe due to they cut very thin and grilled too long but they really no stingy, give 3 pcs of Pork Chop.

Cook from my sister and my mum
Last week I went back to hometown to bring my son go for 1 year old injection. So, during my stay at hometown, I never go outside find any nice food to eat because at home already can eat a lot of nice food. Normally my mum will cook but recently my sister start cooking due to my mum get injuried when taking care my son and I abit get surprise that actually my sister good in cooking also. My sister know that i like to eat Asam Laksa then she just cook for me and this is her first time cook Asam Laksa for me to eat. Taste very different from what my mum normally cook, her one is more likely same as what we can buy at outside and nice to eat also.
When we went to Pasar Malam, we saw the Sotong is very cheap, RM6 per kg. She said she want to learn fried Sotong so we just bought 2kg. When her first time fried Sotong is fail because the flour never stick to the Sotong and i told her that there is a way to do it and it maybe need to put egg but I not sure about it so both of us just online search the recipe and finally let us found it. So, when second time we fried the Sotong together, it was success and taste also very nice and crispy.
